Our ASYE Programme
Our Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) Programme is designed to help Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs) thrive as they transition from students to skilled professionals.

- A structured induction to support your journey from student to professional social worker
- Reflective supervision (weekly, then fortnightly) with a registered social worker
- Protected caseloads, ensuring a manageable workload as you develop your skills
- Regular progress reviews to create a tailored professional development plan
- Access to monthly action learning sets and team-based group supervision.
Comprehensive training
Our bespoke training offer grows with you, equipping you with essential skills and knowledge. Key areas include:
- Motivational interviewing
- Risk assessment and analysis
- Child and adult attachment training
- Engaging with children and families
- Legal processes
Workshops are also available to guide you through completing your ASYE portfolio.
