Newly Qualified Social Worker / ASYE Programme

Newly Qualified Social Workers

Become a Children’s Social Worker in East Sussex

Welcome to East Sussex, where social work is more than a job—it’s a calling to make a lasting difference. Together, we work to create brighter futures for children and families who’ve faced incredible challenges, and for some, the impact of trauma—offering hope and support when it matters most.

As social workers, we know that the most effective way to respond to trauma is through relational repair. This understanding shaped our own practice model: Connected Practice. At its heart is a simple but powerful belief—the relationships you build with children and families are the catalyst for lasting, positive change.
